Who's behind it
Hi, I'm Elaine.
I've spent the last years working inside cleaning businesses run by Brazilian women across North America. I'm the founder of Lanex Force, and LanexPro is the system that came out of that work.
I kept seeing the same pattern, in business after business. The owner at the center of everything — selling, replying, fixing what broke, holding the schedule together. Good businesses, full of potential, growing only as fast as one person could carry them.
It wasn't a people problem. It was a structure problem — client handling, sales and follow-up were being treated as side details, when they're actually the engine of the business.
So I built the method that treats them as the engine: a pipeline with a manual at every stage, checklists, message templates, posture — my methodology, not a generic tool. Each piece tested inside a real operation before it ever ships into the system. Nothing built in theory.
What matters most to me isn't a number. It's the moment the owner stops being the bottleneck — and starts leading from the top.
