Privacy Policy

Effective June 9, 2026·Last updated June 22, 2026

Lanex Assessoria Corp ("LanexPro," "we," "us," or "our") operates the LanexPro platform and the website at lanexpro.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information — including data we access from Google APIs on your behalf — when you use LanexPro.

If you do not agree with this policy, do not use LanexPro or connect your Google account.

01What LanexPro is

LanexPro is an operations platform for cleaning businesses. It turns the Lanex method for customer service, sales, and follow-up into a single system that a business owner and her team use to run lead handling, scheduling, and client communication in one place. To do this, LanexPro can connect — only with your authorization — to third-party services you already use, including Google Calendar and Google Local Services Ads.

02Whose information this policy covers

LanexPro processes three kinds of information, and it helps to separate them:

  • Account users. The business owner and the team members (assistants, and where applicable Lanex personnel) who log in and use LanexPro.
  • Connected Google account data. Data we access from a user's Google account after that user authorizes it — for example, calendar events and Local Services Ads lead data. We access this on the user's behalf and only to provide features inside LanexPro.
  • Lead and customer information. Information about a business's prospective and existing customers — for example, a person who contacts a cleaning business through Google Local Services Ads. This information is contained in the data we access and is processed on behalf of the business that uses LanexPro.

03Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Account and contact details, business information, and anything you enter into LanexPro.
  • Information from your use of LanexPro. Usage data, log data, and similar technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Website analytics. With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity on the lanexpro.com website to record and analyze how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, and navigation) so we can improve the experience. You can decline this when you first visit, and we set no analytics cookies unless you accept.
  • Information from connected Google services. Described in detail in Section 4.

04Google user data

When you choose to connect a Google service, LanexPro requests the narrowest access needed for the feature you are enabling. You can decline, and you can disconnect at any time (see Section 8).

4.1 Google Calendar

  • What we access. Calendar events relevant to scheduling within LanexPro.
  • Why. To let you and your team view, create, and manage appointments from inside LanexPro and keep them in sync with your Google Calendar.
  • Scope requested. A Google Calendar scope limited to the scheduling functionality described above.

4.2 Google Ads, including Local Services Ads (via the Google Ads API)

  • What we access. Data from the Google Ads account you authorize. For businesses that use Google Local Services Ads, this includes Local Services Ads lead data — a lead's contact details, the lead's status, and the content of lead conversations, such as message text and basic details of phone calls (for example, the date, time, and duration) — generated when a prospective customer contacts the business through the ads. For businesses that run other Google Ads campaigns, this can also include campaign, ad, and performance data for the account you authorize.
  • Why. So that Local Services Ads leads flow directly into LanexPro, where the business and its team can respond, track, and follow up using the Lanex method instead of working leads by hand across separate tools; and, where applicable, so the business can view and manage its Google Ads campaign and performance data from inside LanexPro.
  • Scope requested. The Google Ads API scope, which Google classifies as a restricted scope.
  • Note on lead data. Local Services Ads lead data includes personal information about the business's prospective customers. We process it on behalf of the business that authorized the connection, and only to provide the features described here.

4.3 How we handle Google data across all integrations

  • Access. We access Google data only after you authorize it, and only for the scopes you grant.
  • Use. We use it solely to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
  • Storage. We store it securely and only as long as needed for those features (see Sections 6 and 7).
  • Sharing. We do not share Google user data except as described in Section 9, and always subject to the Limited Use restrictions in Section 5.

05Limited Use of Google user data

LanexPro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Consistent with those requirements, information received from Google APIs is not:

  • used or transferred for serving advertising, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising;
  • sold, or transferred to data brokers or other information resellers;
  • used or transferred to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
  • used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models; or
  • read by humans, unless: (a) we first obtain the affected user's explicit consent to read specific data; (b) it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse, or to comply with applicable law; or (c) the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used for internal operations.

We limit our use of Google user data to providing or improving the user-facing features that are prominent in LanexPro.

06How we store and secure data

We treat all user data securely in transit and at rest. We protect data in transit using encryption (TLS), encrypt stored data, restrict access to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis, and manage credentials and access tokens using a secrets manager. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect data against unauthorized access, use, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

07Data retention and deletion

We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the features you use. When you disconnect a Google service, close your account, or request deletion, we delete or de-identify the associated Google user data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with applicable law.

08Revoking access

You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from within LanexPro's settings. You can also review and revoke LanexPro's access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops further data access and disables the connected feature; we then delete the associated Google user data as described in Section 7.

09Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your information. We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us operate LanexPro, under contract and only as needed — for example, payment processing (Stripe), telephony and messaging (Twilio), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel), and website analytics (Microsoft Clarity), as well as Google for the integrations you connect.
  • For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • In a business transfer, with notice to you, if LanexPro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Any sharing of Google user data is limited as described in Section 5.

10Text messages (SMS)

Where a business uses LanexPro to send text messages (SMS) — for example, to follow up with a lead or confirm an appointment — those messages are sent only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send a single confirmation and then stop sending you messages through that program. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@lanexpro.com.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

11Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to restrict or stop certain processing. To make a request, contact us at info@lanexpro.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

12Children

LanexPro is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we change how we use Google user data, we will notify affected users and obtain consent where required before the new use takes effect. We will post the updated policy here with a revised "Last updated" date.
