Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LanexPro platform and the website at lanexpro.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Lanex Assessoria Corp ("LanexPro," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who can use the Service
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and are using it for a business purpose. The Service is intended for cleaning businesses and the people they authorize to use it. It is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use, and it is not directed to children.
What LanexPro provides
LanexPro is an operations platform for cleaning businesses. It turns the Lanex method for customer service, sales, and follow-up into a single system that a business and its team use to manage lead handling, scheduling, and client communication in one place.
We offer the Service at different service levels, which may include a self-managed plan, a guided implementation with training and support, and a fully managed option in which our team operates parts of the workflow on the business's behalf. The specific plan, scope, and any related fees for your engagement are arranged directly with us and may be described in a separate order or agreement. Access to the Service is set up directly with LanexPro rather than through instant online purchase.
Accounts and access
To use the Service, you or your business must set up an account. The business owner is responsible for the account, including for the team members and other users they authorize (such as assistants, or LanexPro personnel acting on the business's behalf). You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- access, copy, or scrape the Service or its data by unauthorized means, or use it to build a competing product;
- attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its security;
- upload or process content you do not have the right to use; or
- use the Service to send or store unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
You are responsible for the information you bring into the Service, including any lead or customer information. You represent that you have the right and any necessary authorization to connect the third-party accounts you link and to process the data you bring into LanexPro, and that you will handle that data in compliance with applicable law.
Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party services you use, such as Google (including Google Calendar and Google Local Services Ads), Twilio, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting a Google account is optional; our handling of data accessed through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.
Text messages (SMS)
The Service can send text messages (SMS) on a business's behalf to recipients who have consented to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. How we handle mobile and SMS information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Each business is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the consent (opt-in) required from its recipients before any messages are sent through the Service on its behalf, for honoring opt-out requests, and for the content of those messages. This responsibility remains with the business even where LanexPro personnel operate the messaging on the business's behalf. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with carrier and industry requirements, including the TCPA and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
Intellectual property
The Service — including the LanexPro platform, the Lanex method, software, text, and design — is owned by Lanex Assessoria Corp or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while these Terms are in effect. You keep ownership of the data and content you provide, and you grant us the rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will produce any particular business result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanex Assessoria Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. When access ends, the handling and deletion of your data — including any Google user data — are described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Lanex Assessoria Corp submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
